  Legal consultant for the World Bank project "Armenia: Preparation of Draft Rules of Natural Gas Supply and Use". Preparation of a Report on study for draft rules of natural gas supply and use. Purpose: to support the preparation of the proposed Urban Heating Project.
  Elaboration of precedent concept in Armenia and preparation of a contract for consultant services for the water and wastewater foreign operator in Yerevan and Water Economy State Committee under the Government of Armenia. Purpose: experiment to submit the water and wastewater operation to local water and sewerage company.
  Local legal advisor of Raiffeisen Investment AG, the international privatization advisor of the Government of Armenia. Project: Privatization of four Electricity Distribution Companies of Armenia. Task: legal due diligence and preparation of legal package of the documents. Year: 1999.

  Agricultural Wholesale Market Project Management Unit Director (EBRD, $15 million Loan Agreement. Total $22million worth project). General management of the PMU. Supervision over the project overall implementation, preparation of weekly reports for EBRD, collaboration with participating agencies and banks, supervision over the preparation of the WMC business plans and flow of funds during the construction and commercial phase of the project, review and negotiating the draft legal documents produced under the project, their discussion with participants in the project, particularly with the shareholders of Wholesale Market Company and the local banks, finalizing these documents for review by lawyers of EBRD, report to the Government and EBRD.
